  • WHAT ARE YOUR HOURS OF OPERATION?

    Tuesday-Sunday 10am-7pm, Closed on Mondays

  • HOW DO I PLACE AN ORDER?

    Orders can be placed through our website.

  • HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE TO RECEIVE MY DELIVERY ORDER?

    Most orders are fulfilled the same day. Normally 60-90 minutes after your order has been confirmed. If an order can’t be delivered the same day, we will contact you. If your order is placed after 6:00 pm, you will receive your delivery in the morning the next day we are open.

  • WHERE DO YOU DELIVER?

    Primarily DC residential areas. A pickup spot can be arranged, and we will do so according to what is safest for both our customers and staff. A driver will ALWAYS contact you via phone/text prior to arriving and will NEVER approach your vehicle without calling or texting you. DO NOT open your window for anyone without prior verification.

  • WHAT FORMS OF ID DO YOU TAKE?

We accept any valid, non-expired government issued identification such as Driver License or a Passport.

  • WHAT TYPES OF PAYMENT DO YOU ACCEPT?

Sugar Ray’s DC accepts cash and soon we will accept debit card payments. You will see your options at the checkout.

  • DO YOU OFFER DISCOUNTS & SPECIALS?

Yes. Specials are listed on the website and Instagram account. We gladly offer a 10% discount to all retired military personnel, seniors 59 and older, and the disabled (with a valid disability card).

  • ARE YOUR SHOP PRODUCTS UPDATED DAILY?

Our shop products are automatically updated in real-time. If you see it in the shop it’s in stock.

  • CAN MY MEMBERSHIP BE CANCELLED AT ANY TIME?

Yes – by you or us. Professional conduct is expected by all parties. Being polite, respectful, and honest is inherent in developing mutually beneficial partnerships. If conflict resolution is necessary, we will do our best to help address and resolve the issue. We/You reserve the right to terminate your membership at any time, for any reason.

  • WHAT IS YOUR REFUND POLICY?

Currently we do not offer refunds on our consumable gift products. We can provide exchanges for those particular items on a case by case basis. We do provide refunds for all other merchandise outside of the collectible card you purchase to receive your free gift. Please contact us directly via phone or email to request a refund and someone from our team will get back to you.

  • DO YOU SELL CANNABIS PRODUCTS?

No, we do not sell any marijuana cannabis products. We provide wonderful friendly gifts for those members that purchases our artwork.
